Wonder how much time, money and energy it takes to get them onto the shelf in your local grocery store? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you're not alone. In this age of highly publicized food contaminations, energy anxieties, and global warming, concerns about where and how our groceries are produced and distributed are emerging worldwide.
