Penn State head football coach Bill O'Brien will make two appearances during Blue-White Weekend presented by AAA in addition to coaching the Nittany Lions during the Saturday, April 21 Blue-White Game in Beaver Stadium. On April 21, fans interested in purchasing Penn State season tickets will have an opportunity to view sections where seats are available for the 2012 season. (more)

With the season opener less than three weeks away, Penn State fans can still purchase single game football tickets for several contests, including three Big Ten clashes. Tickets are available for five games in Beaver Stadium, where the Nittany Lions have won 38 of their last 44 contests. The Sept. 10 clash with No. 2 Alabama (3:30 p.m.) and the Nov. 12 Senior Day collision with new Big Ten member and 11th ranked Nebraska are sold out. (more)

Single game tickets for the upcoming football season started July 26. The sale takes place exclusively at www.GoPSUSports.com. Tickets are available for all seven games in Beaver Stadium, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary as home of the Nittany Lions. There is a limit of two tickets for the Oct. 9 Homecoming contest with Illinois (noon) and the Oct. 30 primetime clash with Michigan (8 p.m.). (more)

Penn State Athletics will host an online chat regarding its Nittany Lion Club Seat Transfer & Equity Plan on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 from 7-8 p.m. on GoPSUsports.com. Penn State Associate Athletic Director Greg Myford and Nittany Lion Club Director John Nitardy will respond to as many questions as possible during the scheduled 60-minute session. Nittany Lion Club members will be able to purchase tickets for the Penn State-Indiana football game at FedExField starting on Monday, March 15. The Nittany Lions and Hoosiers will meet on Nov. 20, 2010 at FedExField in Landover, Md. The contest is Indiana's home game and was originally scheduled to be played in Bloomington. Penn State will be playing in metropolitan Washington, D.C. for the first time since the 1993 season. (more)

Penn State has established the prices for season and single game football tickets for the 2010 season. Public and student season ticket holders will pay the same per game price as the 2009 season, while those purchasing tickets for select, individual games will see a slight increase. The per game price for public and student season tickets will remain unchanged at $55 and $29 per game, respectively. All season ticket holders will pay less in total for their seats in 2010, since seven games are scheduled for Beaver Stadium this fall compared to eight in 2009. (more)

All full-time Penn State students for the 2008 fall semester that have pre-registered will have an opportunity to purchase Nittany Lion football tickets during Student Ticket Week, June 16-20. Returning students that wish to purchase a season ticket during the first-come, first-served sale were required to pre-register from May 27-30. Freshmen and transfer students were not required to pre-register in order to particiapte. (more)

The 2008 student season football ticket sale gets under way beginning June 16 with pre-registered students having the opportunity to purchase tickets by class standing over a five-day period. Under a new system for purchasing student tickets this year, students were required to pre-register for the chance to purchase tickets between May 27-30. Instructions on pre-registering and purchasing were emailed to students over an eight-day period prior to pre-registration, and more than 40,000 students pre-registered. (more)

All returning full-time Penn State students who wish to purchase a 2008 season football ticket are required to pre-register for the sale this week. Pre-registration began at 9 a.m. today (May 27) and will end at 5 p.m. Friday, May 30. Full instructions to complete the pre-registration process were sent via e-mail to all returning students' official Penn State email address during the period of May 15-23. Returning students who do not pre-register will not be eligible to participate in the sale. (more)
