Three new episodes of the Big Ten Network's "Expert Opinion with Graham Spanier" take on popular topics in medical news, on the big screen and during game-day debates.
"Athletes and Head Injuries" debuted at noon Eastern time on Monday, May 31; the "Athlete Management and Representation" edition of "Expert Opinion" is scheduled to begin airing at noon Eastern time on Monday, June 21; and "Inside the World of Officiating" is scheduled to air at noon Eastern time on Monday, June 28. The second installment of "Expert Opinion with Graham Spanier," a new series on the Big Ten Network, airs 7 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday, July 16, with an examination of "The Selling of College Sports." Panelists from academia, the Big Ten conference and sports media enter the debate on such topics as whether student-athletes should be compensated for the use of their names and likenesses in sports merchandise from jerseys to video games.
