Researchers seek local community members for online survey

Tuesday, November 24, 2009

Doctoral students in the College of Communications and College of Information Sciences and Technology are seeking residents of State College and the surrounding area, including outlying towns such as Boalsburg, Bellefonte, Pleasant Gap, Centre Hall and Port Matilda, to participate in an online survey for a research project regarding community involvement, computer literacy and right-to-information issues. Completion of the survey should take approximately 10 minutes and will support the development of better online tools for local communities in order to make it easier for residents to find events and activities of interest to them in their communities.

The survey is available at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=ES6NX4a4FvRJAp1C9gsk0w_3d_3d online.
