Los Angeles — More than 1 million spectators gathered in Pasadena, Calif., in the early morning hours to watch the 8 a.m. Pacific Time step-off of the 120th Rose Parade. Penn State fans in abundance stood out in their white game-day attire and enthusiastically cheered Penn State's participation in the parade.
