University Park, Pa. -- ESPN will nationally televise Penn State's Big Ten clash at Wisconsin on Saturday, Oct. 11. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET at Camp Randall Stadium.

The contest with the No. 24 Badgers (3-2, 0-2) is the second during a five-game stretch for Penn State (6-0, 2-0) that includes four road conference games. The Nittany Lions have just one home game (Oct. 18 vs. Michigan, 4:30 p.m.) until Nov. 15.

Penn State won at Purdue, 20-6, on Saturday and remained No. 6 in this week's Associated Press and USA Today Coaches' polls. The Nittany Lions are the Big Ten's highest ranked squad and are 6-0 for the 13th time under Coach Joe Paterno.

The Purdue game aired on ESPN and the Homecoming clash with Michigan will be televised by ESPN or ESPN2. Penn State has made appearances on ABC against Oregon State, Syracuse and Illinois and appeared on the Big Ten Network against Coastal Carolina and Temple.

The Badgers lead the series with the Nittany Lions, 8-5, but Penn State won, 38-7, last year in Beaver Stadium. Penn State is 2-3 in Madison in Big Ten play, with wins in 1996 and 2002.

The Nittany Lions have appeared on television in 170 of their last 172 games. The kick times and TV for eight Penn State games were announced prior to the season. Future Penn State contests may be selected by the networks under the six and 12-day provisions of their contracts with the Big Ten.

All Penn State football games can be heard on the Penn State Sports Network and http://www.GoPSUsports.com online, with selected games available.
