With the 2008 football season just around the corner, Penn State will be featured this week (Aug. 18-24) in multiple programs on the Big Ten Network. One of the highlights of the week will be a special edition of Big Ten Tonight from Nittany Lion football pre-season practice at 9 p.m. on Thursday (Aug. 21). Among other highlights are two classic Big Ten wins by the Lions -- a 1994 come-from-behind victory at Illinois that preserved a perfect season, and a 2001 victory over Ohio State that made Joe Paterno the winningest coach in big-time college football.
