Other Resources
"We can eradicate slavery if we raise public awareness to the point that sufficient numbers of people are willing to ask their politicians to take action, if we can bring those resources to bear and if we enforce the laws already on the books. And we do that because we want to live in a world without slavery, because none of us want to live in a world with slavery. If we don't do it, what we do is give up, and allow criminals around the world to jerk the strings that tie us to slavery through our products and things we do in our lives. I think that is unacceptable to all of us. What is really thrilling to me is that we could in this generation make the decision that our gift to humanity is going to be, after 5,000 years, an end to slavery."
