Visible here are five of the thousand-plus speakers recently installed in and around Beaver Stadium. The speakers, located throughout the complex, can be found along the concourses, concession areas, and in bathrooms and ramps. They are meant to provide gameday audio but also are part of the stadium's emergency communications plan. In the event of such an event, the system would be controlled by emergency management services such as University and State Police, to allow disemination of important information.
